Do you offer private events?
Of course! Ever dreamed of having your very own boutique, right in your front yard? Now you can! We will bring the truck to you and your friends. There is a minimum of 8 friends required to book a private event. For more information, visit our Contact page.

When can I book the truck?
The most popular party times have been Friday- Saturday 7-9 PM or 7:30- 9:30 PM. For the most current available dates and times, please visit our Contact page to book the truck or email us at fashionforwardmobile@gmail.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you!

Do you travel out of state?
Fashion Forward Mobile is a Columbia, SC based mobile boutique, therefore will travel for no charge to locations within the City of Columbia, Richland County area. A small fee of $15 will be charged for every 20 miles traveled outside of the 29203 zip code. If you’re out of state, please email us to discuss travel options and pricing, we’d love to visit you!

What is your return/exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is our first priority; if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return item via mail or to the truck within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Exchanges or a store credit will be applied. NO CASH REFUNDS! An even exchange can be made as long as the purchased item has not been damaged or worn. We do not accept returns after 7 days. No exceptions!  Sorry, but no refunds on jewelry and accessories.

Can I pick up my online order in-person?
Sure! Check our social media pages to see a daily schedule and location of where the truck is! Or simply leave a message on our contact page or email us at fashionforwardmobile@gmail.com

Can I try the clothing and accessories on?
Yes, absolutely! The truck is a completely functioning boutique on wheels! We have a dressing room on board the truck and a seating area! Clothing can be tried on ONLY on our fashion truck. All other purchases should be purchased from our online boutique and will be shipped to you within 2 business days.

How can I try on your fabulous clothing when the fashion truck is not out roaming the city? Great question! There are two great options! You may purchase online; if you're not happy with your purchase, you may return within 7 days. Sorry, but there are no try-ons outside of the truck. You may book the truck for your very own "Personal Styling" experience.  A fee of only $50 brings the truck to your home for 2 hours!

Can I take my purchase(s) with me or will it be shipped?
Definitely! There is no waiting! All items purchased on our fashion truck can be taken with you the same day! Items that are Pre-Ordered will be delivered to you when items are received.

We gladly accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
